2of8b is a human compatibility platform focused on helping people discover meaningful real-world connections.
What is my profile?
Your profile is a structured view of the things you have explicitly told us about your experiences, interests, preferences and current life.
Why does 2of8b ask questions?
Your answers build your profile and provide context that may help shape relevant introductions and Rooms. You can choose not to answer a question.
What are Rooms?
Rooms are curated real-world gatherings intended to bring together people with meaningful common ground.
Is 2of8b a dating app?
No. 2of8b is for meaningful human connection more broadly. You can say that you are open to meeting someone romantically, but dating is only one possible connection intent.
How are people chosen for Rooms?
Room curation is intended to use information people explicitly share in their profiles. The current product is building those profiles; we will explain the practical selection process when Rooms are offered.
Can other people see my answers?
The current product does not provide other users with a way to view your individual answers. Your answers are available to you through your account and data export.
Can I change my answers?
Yes. You can review explored nodes in your profile and edit a signal by answering that question again.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your account page provides JSON and CSV downloads containing your profile basics and explicit answers.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Your account page has a confirmed deletion action. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, answers, selected answer options and saved exploration choices.
Does 2of8b sell my personal data?
No. The current service does not sell personal data and does not include advertising or analytics integrations.
